ICAP Group analyzed the results of the first  4.021 balance sheets (supplied until until May 17, 2012) to provide a first overview of the financial figures and results of Greek companies, based on a sample of enterprises which first published 2011 balance sheets while having a 2010 balance sheet. From these 4.021 businesses, 858 are industries, 1065 are commercial, 269 companies operate in the technical-construction sector, 1,491 are services suppliers (excluding banks) and 338 operate in the tourism industry.
