“Innovative Performance Evaluation of the Executive Committee”
Dr. Gorkan Ahmetoglu, Lecturer of Business Psychology, University College London
Setting objectives, assessing performance and managing reward of members of management teams is a frequent hot topic in modern management. Dilemmas such as the individual vs. the team, the short-term gain vs. the strategic benefit, emphasis on the bottom line vs. on specific KPI’s, Leadership vs. Management, etc. make the assessment of executive directors a complex task for the Managing Director or CEO.
Therefore, ICAP offers a unique opportunity for CEOs and Board Groups Members to hear the latest trends and discuss all the recent concerns regarding the issue of performance evaluation, in a high-level discussion. The event will take place at Divani Caravel Hotel, Vassileos Alexandrou 2, 16121 Athens
