Tony Hughes,
CEO, Huthwaite International

Tony Hughes became Managing Director of Huthwaite International, with executive control of the Huthwaite Group of companies in 1998. Prior to this Tony personally designed, implemented and delivered projects to 1000’s of people across 29 countries and in 3 continents.
In supporting and promoting the cause for sales and service excellence Tony is a sought after speaker at a variety of national and international events and a regular judge for the National Sales, Customer Service and Business Award programmes.
In recognition of his outstanding contribution to Sales and Marketing, Tony was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award at The British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards 2010.

Martin Stiven, Leadership Development Consultant

Martin Stiven has extensive experience in successfully leading large scale B2B sales and marketing teams over the last 15 years.  Following many successful years at British Telecom and Telefonica, he has most recently been appointed Vice President of Business, leading the business division of Everything Everywhere (EE), the UK's largest mobile network operator. At EE Martin led the integration of the Orange and T-Mobile B2B teams, creating a single, unified B2B division that grew market share, delivered profit growth, improved customer satisfaction and led the company for employee engagement - against the backdrop of the difficult economic conditions of the last few years.


Dr. Leslie T. Szamosi, Ph.D, University of Sheffield 

Dr. Szamosi is a Senior Lecturer and the Academic Director of the MBA program at CITY College (International Faculty of the University of Sheffield) and a Founder and Co-Director of the Laboratory for Strategic People Management.  He is a member of the International Faculty of the Association of MBAs and is regular evaluator and assessor of European Union funded projects.  He has worked both in the private and public sectors in Canada.  Following five years as the Marketing Manager for an international bio-technology and opto-electronics company in Ottawa, Dr. Szamosi worked as a private consultant for diverse organisations such as the EU, Digital Electronics (now Compaq Computers), KPMG Management, and British Columbia Telecom (now TELUS) and others.  He has presented seminars and workshops for a variety of global and local organizations. Dr. Szamosi has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Carleton University, Canada.
